Mô Tả Công Việc Kỹ sư điện Với Mức Lương 20 - 30 Triệu
Develop technical drawings, calculate power requirements.
Optimize design to align with roof structures and client requirements.
Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC) and Vietnamese regulations (TCVN, QCVN).
Monitor construction progress and quality: from framework installation, equipment setup, electrical connection to final handover.
Supervise compliance with safety protocols (working in heights, PPE usage, fire and explosion prevention).
Collaborate with contractors to resolve on-site issue ( design flaws, substandard materials, client requirement changes).
Organize progress review meetings and report updates to management.
Conduct regular inspection: grounding resistance, insulation tests and solar system efficiency checks.
Assess risks and propose corrective actions.
Ensure contractors adhere to occupational safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with architectural and construction teams to integrate electrical systems into overall designs
Coordinate with national power utilities (EVN) to finalize grid connection procedures (if required).
Prepare as- build drawings, handover documents, and operation/maintenance guidelines.
Submit detailed reports on budgets, progress, and technical issue to management.

Experience: min 3 years in roof top electrical or solar system design. Experience supervising construction projects of 500kW+ scale.
Attitude: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to long-term collaboration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and electrical simulation software.
English Communication (advanced English is a strong advantage).
Ability to interpret structural drawings and knowledge of roofing materials.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills with contractors.
