• Handle Mechanical System service for industrial factory GC project and key focus on HVAC System.
• To support engineering lead on all project activities rated to Mechanical System. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings
• To work within the engineering team and be involved in all aspects of EPC projects from concept
  design, bill of quantity, system deion for construction, testing & commissioning (T&C), handover
  project.
• Create bill of material include quantity, material specification, labour cost according to project progress
  and experience construction.
• Coordinate with other team (CSA, Electrical) to create best solutions for mechanical system.
• Coordinate with Site Team to solve any problem issue and technical support during construction.
• Work with sub-contractor rated to scope of work and take part in meeting when arising issue.
• Site survey SPGC project and create tender documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and clarifications at the early stages of process and basic engineering
  works.
• Assist in costing and budgetary proposal estimation based on technical requirements.
• Assist in feasibility studies and perform economic evaluation.
• Assist in the design of various plant components, equipment, systems, etc. and be responsible for
  preparation and submission of engineering design documentation, procurement packages.
• Other extra work assignments from the department when needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanics discipline, HVAC major is a advantage.
• At least 2 years working experience in factory design & construction project.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, AutoCAD, REVIT MEP
• Familiar in mechanical system for industrial factory project.
• Good written and spoken English
• Willing to travel in domestic base on project basis
• Holding Project Management Certificate will be advantage
