1. Design and Development:
- Design, build, and maintain custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate. Power BI is a plus.
- Develop intuitive user interfaces and deliver seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for custom connectors and back-end integrations.
2. Solution Architecture:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design scalable application solutions, incorporating best practices for security and performance.
3. Automation and Integration:
- Implement process automation using Power Automate and other automation tools.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party services.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure applications function as intended and meet business objectives.
- Perform debugging and optimization as necessary.
5. Documentation and Support:
- Create comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Provide post-deployment support and handle user queries and issue resolution

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in developing Power Apps (canvas and model-driven apps), Power Automate workflows. Power BI dashboards is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), SharePoint, or SQL databases.
- Proficiency in coding languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#) for building custom functionalities and connectors.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, REST services, and Microsoft Azure services.
- Experience with Power BI is a good plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem - solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet project deadlines.
- Basic business analyst and logic mindset to analyse requirements and design practical solutions.
- Good command of English is a prerequisite. Mandarin is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate or
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker are preferred

- Have acknowdge in Microsoft copilot studio is an advantage
