Mô Tả Công Việc Lập trình viên Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Understand the company policy and process and integrate into daily work;
Develop the program that the users require and ensure its user friendly;
Train all users on new software and change the program based on the user requirement;
Monitor projects in progress and control the projects schedule;
Motivate people to work with right direction and provide technical support to the developers;
Logical thinking from programming aspect and user expectation;
Implement suggestions that improve or change processes in support of the company’s growth objectives;
Face new technology and arrange time for staffs training;
Analyze existing and products in development to identify improvement opportunities;
Fully utilize the support of all departments to meet customer requirements;
Complete other assignments and special projects as requested by IS Manager.
1. Education:
Required – Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related majors is an advantage.
2.Experience:
3-5 year of experience working in Software Engineering;
Preferto haveworking experience on MAPICS or other ERP system;
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
3.Knowledge:
Understanding of Mapics or ERP;
Computer science and computer language like RPG, Java, etc.;
Management and co-collaboration skills;
Project management;
SQL understanding.
4. Skills and Abilities:
English is preferred (verbal and written);
Ability to communicate with all organizational levels;
Skilled in conflict management and resolution;
Skilled in prioritizing multiple directives within changing work demands;
Skilled in problem solving.
