We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Analyst (BA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions, work efficiently on internal product prototypes, and deliver impactful results for our world-class e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs.
Define and document requirements for simple, quick, and efficient prototypes/products.
Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation for product requirements and workflows.
Design layouts to support the development of internal IT products.
Work closely with team members and stakeholders to discuss requirements, priorities, and timelines.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
Design and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure product functionality meets business requirements.
Monitor and validate testing outcomes to ensure a high-quality product.
Leverage expertise in e-commerce (preferred) or other domains to inform product design and implementation.
Drive the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency while meeting global business standards.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
Prior experience in e-commerce is a significant advantage.
Proficient in business documentation, workflow creation, and requirements analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver fast and efficient prototypes.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good English skills.
Ability to design, execute, and monitor test plans to ensure requirements fulfilment.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering quality results.
Total income: 13 - 15 months' salary per year (depending on job performance).
