Most of Mantu applications are designed from scratch and raise challenges on different areas of knowledge as Business Intelligence, user-friendly aspect or efficiency. You will work on many projects that carry varying responsibilities. Below are some examples of the diverse projects with which you might be involved:
Build Mantu Group ERP System used by thousands of employees around the world, crossing different domains as HR, Finance, Business, and all other corporate functions
Design the project using appropriate technologies and framework to be efficient while giving the best UI
Technical watch to continuously improve your technical knowledge within and outside of your current tech stack
Initiate pair programming, code review, and share new solutions; coach and mentor other team members
Represent technical eyes for your PO
Challenge the UX
Create Customer Value & User Discovery: Provide ideas & changes in order to increase the value your team can produce
Suggest Tooling improvement
Identify impediments related to organization/process
Continuously improve Training/Wiki/Documentation
Decide on Product Scale, lead a technical refactoring from Audit to plan and implementation
Represent Software Architect (advocate about on-going projects and anticipate them without directly contributing to these)
Scrum/Agile environment: You join a Team (Product Owner/ Scrum Master/Software Engineers QC/...) and interact with other departments (Helpdesk, UX, Ops, etc...)

Have good knowledge of Dependency Injection theory & practice
Have good knowledge of about advanced asynchronous coding (await, task, DataFlow)
Have good knowledge of about profiling & benchmarking .NET code
C# min., F# is a plus!
Good knowledge of event based programming exp.
Good knowledge of data immutability
All basic of Mantu stack: EF & EF Core, ASP NET / Core, Auth0 etc..
Have good knowledge of about REST, RESTful
Have good knowledge of how to design good API from scratch, and migrate bad to goods one (Domain Driven knowledge is a plus/bonus)
Have good knowledge of how to tests them, around automation testing
Should have exp. of using, concepting, challenging and improving
Bonus for migration from non-isolated to isolated app.
Bonus for conception of model
Knows about Azure Cognitive Search (bonus)
Heard of / Knows about Elasticsearch (bonus)
Have good knowledge of about writing down technical documentation (C4, Togaf or 4+1).
Have good knowledge of the common best practices of documentation (doc. near code, documentation as code)
Git based, over Azure DevOps Online
Trunkbased / mainline knowledge is a plus, min. nvie-gitflow
Experience with Ansible, under Windows & Linux
Containerization with Docker or Podman
