工作內容: Job content
•有越南海空運操作、報關、貨物派送、詢價經驗為優先
•Experience in Vietnam sea and air freight operations, customs declaration, cargo delivery, and pricing is preferred
•訂艙並安排相關出貨事項
•Book space and arrange related shipping matters
•收到業務需求後向船公司/航空公司或代理詢問價格,再提供給業務
•After receiving sales’ needs, ask the shipping company/airline or agent for the price, and then provide it to the sales
•客戶服務工作,協助處理客戶問題
•Customer service work, assisting in handling customer issues
•核對文件/資料建檔/帳單製作等文書工作
•Reconciling documents/data archiving/bill production and other paperwork
•需與船公司/航空公司/報關行維持良好關係
•Need to maintain good relationships with shipping companies/airlines/customs brokers
•其他主管交辦事項
•Other tasks assigned by manager
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
•精通英文並具備溝通與書寫能力
•Fluent in English and have communication and writing skills
•越南當地3年以上進出口貿易經驗
•More than 3 years of local import and export trade experience in Vietnam
•需有電腦文書實務資料處理與資料製表能力
•Requires computer document processing and data tabulation skills
