Analyze product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute various types of manual testing including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Conduct end-to-end testing for IT-based products, ensuring compatibility and reliability. Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. Report, track, and escalate defects using test management tools. Validate backend services and APIs, ensuring smooth interaction between components. Ensure product quality meets user expectations and project requirements. Communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders in English, providing clear status updates and insights on testing progress.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing, with a focus on IT products and services. Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and defect reports. Familiarity with API testing and SQL for database validation. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written) for effective interaction with global teams and stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
