- Manage and ensure all the current product portfolio (including imported products) complied with local regulations
- Maintain current knowledge of regulations applicable to the company
- Monitor updated Food regulatory affairs and provide/ update regulatory guidance to functional departments or development project teams
- Coordinate with operations departments regarding production design and development to ensure compliance with regulations
- Assists with the development of Food Safety Standards for the company’s operating and production procedures
- Develop and maintain professional relationships in local regulatory agencies
- Ensure compliance with food safety laws, including labeling, packaging, and ingredient regulations
- Ensure new products meet all regulatory requirements from concept to commercialization
- Review and approve labels and marketing materials for regulatory compliance
- Advise on the regulatory aspects of new ingredients, formulations, and packaging materials
- Quality Management System (QMS): Ensure that products and processes meet regulatory and internal quality standards through regular audits and reviews. Participate in supplier/ OEM audits for qualification
- Performs other related duties as assigned
