Primary objective:
To ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for the company, in compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.
Key Activities:
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports in accordance with group instructions and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for yearly reporting and provide them with relevant information and documents.
• Liaise with other departments such as Back office and Store for estimating PL three times per month and check the accuracy and consistency of the estimates.
Responsibilities:
1. (50%)
• Close the accounting books for monthly reports and prepare quarterly reports following group instructions.
• Work with internal and external auditors for annual reporting and provide necessary data and explanations.
• Review balance sheet accounts every month, identify any abnormal issues and work with functional teams to resolve them.
