- Act as the primary point of contact between Director of Business Management Group and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for Director of Business Management Group.
- Translate documents and correspondence between Korean and English as needed.
- Monitor and track ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Support with business operations tasks, research, and market analysis.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Korean
- Native Korean speaker with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
