The Property Management Director (Set-up) will oversee both the pre-opening phase and ongoing management of residential properties. This key role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth setup of property operations during the pre-opening phase, including recruitment, training, and operational setup. Once the property opens, the manager will ensure effective day-to-day management, maintenance, and service delivery to provide an exceptional living experience for residents.
A. PRE_OPENING OPERATIONS
1.Lead the operational planning for the property’s opening, working closely with senior management, construction teams, and other departments to ensure all operational elements are ready on time.
2.Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational functions, including front desk operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
3.Establish all necessary operational systems, such as property management software, booking systems, and maintenance tracking tools, ensuring they are ready for use upon opening
4.Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures for residents and staff, ensuring readiness before and after opening.
5.Collaborate with HR to organize the recruitment process for operational staff, ensuring that the team is adequately staffed with skilled and reliable personnel.
6.Oversee the onboarding process and provide comprehensive training for new hires, ensuring they understand all operational procedures and company policies.
