Mô Tả Công Việc Marketing Director Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for M&A transactions.
• Deal Execution: Lead and manage all aspects of M&A transactions, including deal sourcing, valuation, preparation of transaction marketing documents, pitching to investors, coordinating due diligence process, negotiation, and closing deals. Maintain continuous interaction with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful transaction execution.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor team, providing guidance and support.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with M&A transactions. Evaluate risks and opportunities, providing insights on the valuation and structural impact of the transactions.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Experience: 5-7 years in M&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity with proven experience in executing successful M&A transactions
• Certificate: CFA/CPA is a plus
