Support Quotation & Order Processing
Receive and process quotation requests from customers/agents.
Coordinate with the technical & production departments to prepare accurate quotations.
Collect and compile project information from customers.
Work with relevant departments to finalize product details, timelines, and specific project requirements.
Track and update PIF status to ensure alignment across departments.
Monitor and update order progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage Sales Documentation & Contracts
Prepare contracts, track payment schedules, export document (if need) and coordinate with accounting to manage receivables.
Organize and store sales documents and purchase orders.
Customer Support
Receive and respond to customer inquiries, handling any arising requests.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Reporting & Sales Support
Collect, analyze sales data, and generate periodic reports.
Assist the Sales Manager with administrative tasks and sales strategy implementation.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Female candidates preferred, proactive and responsible in work.
Graduated fromUniversity of Architecture, Economics, or related fields.
At least1 year of experiencein sales support, customer service, or similar roles.
Proficient inExcel, Word, and order management software.
Strong communication skills, proactive approach to work.
Prefer candidateswith experience inmanufacturing, construction, or building materials industries.
