**Location:** Hai Boi, Dong Anh, Hanoi
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building distribution networks, driving marketing strategies, managing brands, and achieving business growth. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, as well as a deep understanding of market development, trade marketing, e-commerce, and product launches. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of fostering long-term relationships with distributors and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Distribution & Sales Management:
• Build and manage a comprehensive distribution system in the assigned region, overseeing the allocation of territories to distributors, sales teams, retailers, and delivery teams.
• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies to meet business objectives, including market penetration, sales growth, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Managers to align sales strategies and distribution systems with the company’s overarching goals.
• Establish and manage distribution channels, including sales representatives, wholesale and retail stores, and route sales.
- Order & Delivery Management:
• Accurately create and input orders, track delivery schedules, and manage related documentation, ensuring efficiency in line with a modern, flexible working environment.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring orders are processed and delivered on time.
- E-commerce & Marketing: Launch new products, create marketing strategies, and monitor market trends to keep our products competitive.
- Brand Growth: Lead brand strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities, ensuring that we achieve strong ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Track sales goals, adjust strategies, and ensure growth targets are met.
- Delivery Support:
• Assist with delivery and logistics as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the fast-paced, agile environment of a startup.
- Market Development & Trade Marketing:
• Propose and develop market development plans, focusing on new product launches, trade marketing activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform product positioning, promotional strategies, and pricing decisions.
• Coordinate with distributors and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Brand Management:
• Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term brand strategies, focusing on positioning, pricing, marketing communications, and overall brand identity.
• Oversee the execution of integrated marketing activities, such as advertising, promotions, activations, and product trials, ensuring alignment with the brand's objectives.
• Manage brand budgets efficiently to optimize ROI.
- Sales & Performance Reporting:
• Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded by executing effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking business activities and interactions with customers.
• Conduct site visits to customer facilities, identifying business opportunities for growth.
- Sales Strategy Development & Implementation:
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing client relationships.
• Align sales and marketing strategies with the company’s vision, fostering a youthful and creative work environment.

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the FMCG market and established relationships with distributors in the sector.
• Marketing & Branding Expertise: Proven experience in product research and development, packaging, pricing strategies, and managing B2B customer channels and advertising communications.
• Market Research: Ability to plan, organize, and implement market research, and effectively analyze results to inform strategic decisions.
• Leadership & Team Development: Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, providing training, guidance, and career development opportunities.
• Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software.
• Independence & Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with team members to achieve company goals.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as required for business needs.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, and distribution management, ideally in a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of brand management, market development, trade marketing, and promotional activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and improve performance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Design & Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging content, including graphics and articles, to effectively communicate brand messages.
• Personality: Friendly, creative, highly motivated, and enjoys working in a fun and positive startup environment.
• Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills with customers and partners.
• Transportation: Own a means of transportation (personal motorbike) and be willing to travel for customer visits and support deliveries when needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Achieve targets for new product launches and sales growth.
• Successfully implement trade marketing programs and promotional campaigns.
• Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned regions and distribution channels.
• Achieve optimal ROI on marketing spend and promotional investments.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed salary + bonus based on Monthly Sales
✅ Attractive total earnings: 30,000,000 - 45,000,000 VND/month
✅ Base salary from 7-15 million VND/month + high performance-based bonuses (not affected by the KPIs).
