Processing a high volume of product orders
Processing invoices for all sales transactions
Checking prices, stock and contracts are up to date
PSI (Purchasing, Sales, Inventory) & Stock management, improve stock management
Preparing tender & LOA document
Complete all Distributorship agreement, Sales contract
Update projects and report on KINTONE
Purchasing - Demo assets and Demo assets management (physical inventory/ for warehouses in South)
Reporting weekly sales results to the sales team
Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives
Brush-up internal and external document of the whole team to get approval from supervisors
Well communicate and corporate with back-office teams for smooth workflow
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails
Other admin tasks related to sales
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
+2 years' experience in a similar position - Sales Admin.
High organizational skills and ability to manage number of projects at the same time.
Having strong abilities to work with internal approval/payment system/SAP
Good at Microsoft Office (Excel/ Words/ Power Point...)
Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented
Possessing a strong sense of ownership and being accountable for missions, overcome challenges and difficulties to pursue the final goals
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good inter-personal skills and self-confidence
Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English
