Communicate effectively with potential clients via email, phone, and online platforms;
Arrange meetings and manage the work schedule for the Managing Director to ensure smooth operations;
Participate in meetings and prepare detailed reports for management review;
Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports and other documents such as legal services agreement and price quotations;
Manage client data effectively;
Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.

Studying or working abroad (English-speaking countries) is a plus
Good at English (equivalent IELTS 7.0);
Fresh graduate or about 1 year experience in sales/customer service/ consultant/ business development position is welcome;
High commitment to meet the deadlines of works;
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, communication, and presentation skills;
Proactive, self-motivated, confident; critical and logical thinking; effective time management; detail-oriented and well-organized.
