We are the official distributor of premium Korean beauty brands bbia and hince in Vietnam. Our business focuses on multi-channel distribution through e-commerce platforms and strategic partnerships with major retailers. We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to drive our offline and online B2B partnerships and expand our business network in Vietnam.
# Position Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing retail partners while actively seeking and developing new business opportunities across Vietnam's beauty retail landscape.
# Key Responsibilities:
. Partnership Management
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retail partners including international chains (Watson's, Guardian) and local H&B stores
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies
- Regular communication and coordination with partners for promotional activities and inventory management
. Business Development
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities in both online and offline channels
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate commercial terms with new partners
- Develop compelling business proposals and presentations
. Sales Operations
- Track and analyze sales performance data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory planning with partners
- Ensure timely resolution of partner queries and concerns
. Marketing & Trade Marketing
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective trade marketing strategies
- Plan and execute partner-specific promotional campaigns
- Coordinate visual merchandising activities with retail partners
- Support partners in product training and brand education
Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in beauty/cosmetics industry sales
- Strong network within Vietnam's retail beauty industry
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and sales management tools
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English
. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Korean beauty brands
- Knowledge of modern trade and traditional trade channels in Vietnam
- Understanding of e-commerce operations
- Basic Korean language skills (advantage)
