● Develop and execute integrated content plans in-line with agreed upon marketing campaign
● Produce high-quality and a wide variety of content – posts, newsletters, videos on emails and social media channels
● Collaborate with the team in organizing internal events (training workshop, retreat, networking events...)
● Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility and engagement of the company's owned channels
● Measure the effectiveness of communication of the implemented content. Monitor and report Content effectiveness to direct management

● Proven experience of 1+ year in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
● Excellent written skills and ability to communicate at all levels
● Have a deep understanding of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Tripadvisor)
● Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically
● Basic skill on using designing tools (AI, figma, Canva..)
● Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
