■ Purpose
Take ownership of planning, launching, managing, and continuously improving digital ad campaigns—focusing on social media and web platforms—to drive performance and achieve maximum impact.
■ Ad Planning
- Propose advertising strategies that align with client goals and business objectives
- Identify suitable platforms for deployment (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google)
- Define success metrics such as CVR, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Engagement Rate, and Video View Rate
- Set up audience targeting parameters and segment users effectively
■ Campaign Setup & Execution
- Build and configure campaigns, ad groups, and creative assets
- Apply the most effective delivery strategies per platform (e.g., CBO, A/B testing)
- Distribute and manage advertising budgets efficiently
■ Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor real-time campaign data and key performance indicators
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to enhance results, including creative and targeting adjustments
- Collaborate with creatives and designers to refine and improve ad materials
■ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with project managers and design teams
- Research industry updates and competitor activities to suggest improvements and new ideas
