Business support:
Synthesize and review reports and CVCB of business units weekly and monthly.
Divide customer data from collected sources and handle other issues related to customers.
Secretary of meetings, contact point with the group's marketing department.
Update and train new functions of the CRM system; handle issues related to CRM
Update payment information sent to the TCKT department daily.
Contact point for managing, processing, and reporting the status of periodic promotion registration.
Handle other general issues related to business.
Perform other arising tasks as assigned by the VP/CN Director and the company's Board of Directors.
Basic marketing tasks:
Manage fanpages and business information on the Alibaba platform.
Manage marketing kits and sales documents.
Support organizing business events.
Contact point with the group's marketing department.
