Job Description:
1. Generate sales leads and allocate appropriate sales leads to the right distributors and closely monitor the distribution process, from planning to project implementation.
2. Execute company distribution strategies to expand the reach and effectiveness of software solution delivery.
3. Collaborate with relevant internal departments and distributors to ensure a seamless product distribution process.
4. Supervise and analyze distributors' performance, identify their strengths, detect areas for improvement and propose enhancement measures.
5. Maintain and strengthen relationships with distribution partners, supporting contract negotiations to enhance business performance.
Với Mức Lương 20 - 30 Triệu Thì Cần Những Yêu Cầu Công Việc Gì
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 600 or IELTS 5.5 and above); Chinese communication skills are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales. Experience in ERP, accounting software, MES or other software solutions is an advantage.
