1. Product Quality Inspection:
o Inspect and evaluate the quality of mechanical products at different production stages, including checking dimensions, accuracy, and surface finish.
o Ensure products meet technical standards and customer/investor requirements.
2. Welding and Material Inspection:
o Perform welding quality inspections using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), etc.
o Inspect incoming materials to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
3. Use of Measuring Tools:
o Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, micrometers, CMM machines, and other devices to inspect the dimensions and accuracy of mechanical components.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Record and report the results of quality inspections.
o Complete acceptance and handover documentation as per company and stakeholder requirements.
5. Production Process Monitoring:
o Monitor and supervise product quality throughout the production process to ensure adherence to approved procedures and quality standards.
