Provide customers with information about the admission process, requirements, and scholarship opportunities, and answer any questions they have.
Submit applications, enroll students, and maintain students’ files and records.
Review students’ applications, revise essays, and assess them according to institutions’ eligibility criteria.
Examine the current admission process and recommend changes when necessary.
Process paperwork for accepted students.
Update and maintain a database of students’ information.
Assist in promotional events, and participate in training/ info sessions.
Proactively contact, monitor and take care of potential customer lists.

Undergraduate degree in business majors or English.
English level equivalent to IELTS 5.5. Fluency in written and verbal English is critical.
Attention to detail and be highly organized.
Efficient time management and prioritizing skills.
Good communication skills, problem-solving and time management.
Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily work on the computer.
Professional email and phone communication is required.
Fluency in Office Information Technology.

Income depends on experience and ability + Bonus
Full-time.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Hours range from Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 6.00 pm and Saturday 8.30 am – 12.00
Friendly working environment with great opportunities for promotion and overseas travel.
Experience in sales, consultative sales, student recruitment, or admissions experience. If you do not have experience, professional training will be provided.
