Troubleshooting overphone and handling customer's complaints.
Giving guidance of product's usage overphone/e-mail/chat.
Answering customer queries about Brother products and service through email/chat.
Support customer to regist warranty of products.
Caring customers who want to buy Brother products and send information to Sales team.
Follow up customers who want to join workshop and send information to Sales person.
Creating job cases and updating acitivities into system.
Informing the repair situation to customers.
Calling for Customer Loyalty Programs.
Collecting customers' survey of repair service.
Graduated from college
Proficient in Microsoft office
English is required (ability to use 4 English skill)
At least 2 years of experience
Good communication skills, with a clear and pleasant voice
Working hour from 8AM to 5PM, form Monto Fri & 8 AM to 12PM on Sat
