We are seeking highly motivated and self-driven individuals to join our global Platform Operations team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while independently managing multiple client projects. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to define, execute, and drive solutions to successful completion.
As a Platform Operations Assistant, you will manage stakeholder relationships, drive customer success, and ensure seamless platform operations. Prior experience in platform operations is essential, and familiarity with computer science, software development, or telehealth is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in the software industry or a technical background will have a significant advantage, as this role requires collaborating with technical teams, understanding system functionalities, and effectively troubleshooting platform-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users, technical teams, business analysts (BA), Patient Services Specialists (PSS), and other stakeholders to gather and document system requirements, ensuring they align with technical feasibility and business needs.
