PRIMARY JOB TASKS:
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation and distribution processes.
• Coordinate the movement of raw materials (e.g., yarns, fabrics, chemicals) and finished goods between suppliers, factories, warehouses, and customers.
• Ensure timely delivery to meet production schedules and customer deadlines.
• Cooperate with Warehouse Dept to maintain optimal inventory levels to support production without overstocking.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and third-party logistics providers.
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and delivery times.
• Preparing shipping document to ensure that they are in compliance with Customs rules and regulations.
• Manage international shipments and resolve issues related to tariffs, duties, and logistics.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supplier issues, or regulatory changes.
• Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
