Job Summary
The Head of D2C/CRM is responsible for developing and implementing Panasonic’s customer relationship management (CRM) and direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategies. This role plays a key part in:
• Strengthening customer relationships by enhancing retention, satisfaction, and engagement through a well-structured CRM strategy.
• Driving D2C growth with strategic marketing campaigns, optimizing the customer journey, and managing digital marketing channels.
• Leading a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with business goals while optimizing resources and budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities
1. D2C Sales & CRM Strategy Development
Develop a comprehensive customer experience (CX) strategy, including customer journey mapping and loyalty programs in alignment with business objectives.
D2C Sales Strategy:
• Manage and develop D2C, B2P, and B2E sales channels, setting targets and driving revenue growth.
• Oversee category sales performance, forecast demand, and propose strategies and promotions to increase sales.
CRM Marketing Strategy:
• Design and implement customer loyalty programs, benefits, and engagement strategies in collaboration with product and service teams.
• Expand the user base and improve customer retention through data-driven marketing initiatives.
2. Campaign, Platform & Process Management
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion for Panasonic’s D2C/CRM platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end operations of D2C/CRM platforms, including campaign execution, daily operations, and order processing.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of Panasonic’s website and mobile application to ensure a seamless customer experience.
3. Team & Budget Management
• Lead, mentor, and develop the D2C/CRM team, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and supporting career development.
• Oversee budget planning and allocation, ensuring efficient use of promotional and advertising resources.
• Monitor spending and performance metrics to maximize return on investment (ROI) and optimize operational costs.
4. Platform Development, Digital Marketing & Data Analytics
Platform Enhancement: Identify and implement new features to improve the current platforms in collaboration with IT teams, ensuring smooth development and testing processes.
Digital Marketing Strategy: Lead digital campaigns across various channels such as online ads, Zalo, push notifications, and more to drive customer engagement and acquisition.
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking: Analyze cross-channel sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve sales performance.
