- Manage all Operations (Plant) activities (Production workshops, Production
Planning, Design and Layout, Warehouse, Vehicle Fleet, Security and Factory
Campus).
- Plan strategic production development (manage people, improve machinery and
equipment and production processes) to optimize resources; increase
productivity; reduce production costs (scrap, electricity, gasoline, etc.).
- Establish Operations organization chart: clear, reasonable and optimize
resources. Manage, determine resource needs and plan recruitment.
- Plan training on safety, production and infrastructure management, etc. for
workers and train to improve management capacity for managers under your
authority.
- Be responsible for planning production and completing production plans on
schedule, based on orders and plans of the Sales department.
- Supervise staffing, optimize production (production orders by shift/day for each
machine), review inventory to ensure production progress and delivery plans
with appropriate quality.
