The Job:
As a Quality Manager, you will join the Hand Tools, Accessories, and Storage team at Compass II, a subsidiary of Stanley Black & Decker in Vietnam. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the plant\'s strategic team to drive business goals while adhering to company standards. Your responsibilities will include closely coordinating with different stakeholders around the world to ensure the successful delivery of Total Quality Management (TQM) to the plant.
You will be working in VSIP 1, Binh Duong and total working hours is 48 hours weekly, from Mon – Fri.
Report to
Direct report to Quality Director, South Asia
Dotted report to Plant Manager
You’ll get to:
Quality Requirements and Documentation
• Identify and implement quality requirements within the plant.
• Develop and maintain a document control system, including compliance with ISO standards.
Supplier and Customer Coordination
• Review and approve PPAP documents from suppliers, including characteristic lists, drawings, process flow charts, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, SPC, material reports, and packing standards.
