General purpose:
• To look for opportunity of improvements
• To reduce wastes by optimizing the processes / flow
• To promote lean culture at all work fields
Job Responsibilities:
• Acting in accordance with the policies, philosophy, principles, customer\'s code of conduct & their confidentiality agreements, and company rules of the framas Group.
• Agreeing to take over other reasonable, special duties & responsibilities that is corresponding to the abilities according to the instructions and requests of the management and/or supervisors.
• Lead/Co-operate with related departments on Lean/CI project implementation.
• Responsible for developing/maintaining Lean activities such as: 5S/Kaizen/Gemba Walk.
• Responsible for Lean/CI tool sustainability (SharePoint Kaizen/Suggestion system/Production Report/5S Assessment Application etc.)
• Responsible for the sustainability of Metrics/KPIs/Incentive Bonus System
• Production Performance measurement through MES (Data collection/ Data Accuracy/ Process Set Up/Monitoring/ Improvement Driven etc.)
• Fully in charge for the Lean/CI internal training program for local employees
• Co-operating with QA team on process evaluation to ensure the best processes to be implemented & documented via ISO system
