HSE Leadership
• Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the site leadership team to ensure the successful execution of HSE plans aligned with national HSE strategies and objectives.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.
• Oversee the execution of HSE initiatives, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and objectives at the site level.
• Lead the implementation of Global HSE programs at the site while actively participating in cross-functional knowledge-sharing within the Country, APAC, and Global communities.
HSE Strategy & Planning
• Contribute to shaping the plant’s HSE strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mondelēz International’s global vision, strategic goals, and core values.
• Identify, adapt, and promote industry best practices within the site and across the broader Country/APAC network.
• Lead or support the execution of key health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensuring effective implementation.
• Facilitate monthly HSE meetings to enhance employee engagement in safety and environmental matters, reinforce accountability, promote safe work practices, and review key performance indicators.
• Take a proactive approach in identifying and addressing performance barriers, escalating issues, conducting incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Track, monitor, and report progress against HSE plans and performance metrics, leveraging regional networking and benchmarking to assess effectiveness.
