Controlling all the activities in Air Freight Department for sales & customer services & developing sales plan to achieve the target from BOD.
- Follow & control the target of AF department every month.
- Develop co-loader sales to achieve the budget.
- Monitor the daily working of staff as below:
+ Support team in dealing with Airlines to get the best rate & space.
+ Instruct team to solve the trouble with customers, and airlines.
- Training, coaching & working with the team to ensure quality.
- Reduce the complaints from customers to the maximum.
- Professional customer services.
- Good support for internal & external customers.
