Job Description:
• Update and manage company regulations and internal documents to ensure compliance with related laws
• Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policies, and procedures of the company
• Manage and keep track of the learning and development activities of HR department and the company
• Manage and schedule meetings with partnered universities and organizations for office tours, job fairs, and internship periods
• Be responsible for various HR reports and other essential reports of the department
• Other tasks as assigned by HRM
