Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation (on legal part) of business transactions e.g: fund raising, M&A transactions, large asset purchases domestically and internationally; Legal appraisal of other transactions according to company policy.
• Implementation (on legal part) of business transactions e.g: fund raising, M&A
• Implementation (legal part) of business cooperation and investment projects with domestic and foreign partners;
• Monitor and control the implementation of commitments according to transaction documents made by the Group\'s departments;
• Research and contribute legal opinions on draft legal documents related to transactions.

• Bachelor and above degree from Law school or equivalent.
• Advanced English command is required.
• At least 12 years of relevant experience;
• Experience in consulting on business transactions (having experience in consulting on financial transactions, capital mobilization, stock buying and selling, large and complex transactions is preferred)
