I. WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Tax Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns (corporate income tax, VAT, personal income tax, and other relevant taxes).
Monitor compliance with Vietnamese tax laws and regulations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports.
Liaise with local tax authorities for audits, inquiries, and compliance matters.
Tax Planning and Advisory
Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position while ensuring compliance.
Provide advice on the tax implications of business decisions, contracts, and investments.
Analyze changes in tax regulations and provide proactive recommendations to mitigate risks or capture opportunities.
Risk Management
Identify, assess, and manage tax risks, ensuring that they are communicated effectively to senior management.
