Panasonic Electric Works Vietnam is looking for 01 SCM Assistant Manager (Contract 8 months) with strong experience in SCM/ Logistic field. The responsibilities are as follows:
• Manage logistic cost to meet monthly KPI
• Manage shipment schedule to meet customer request and monthly sale target
• Manage PO data to check forecast with domain
• Manage SCM team to follow custom compliance
• Train Custom compliance for newcomer
• To update SO/PO in system correctly & on time
• To work closely with factory to send forecast and PO monthly issued to factory correctly & on time
• To follow up with domain to check shipping documents
• To make Customs declaration sheets and prepare quality checking documents to do customs clearance
• To work with Forwarders to follow declaration process until cargoes come to warehouse.
• To check the lead time and compare with lead time rule
• To prepare monthly delivery plan
• To check the status of Procurement (Order, Shipment, Import, for each product/material to be purchased)
• To prepare internal procedure to arrange daily delivery, ensure enough stock.
• To follow up daily/monthly delivery to make sure meet demand of dealer
• To update new model code and check sample correctly & on time
