Mô Tả Công Việc Product Marketing Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Compensation and Benefit:
- Manage end-to-end payroll process for BPO staff
- In charge of Exit Process (Exit Checklist/ Resignation Letter)
- Collect new Employees’ information for SI registration
- Collect and Submitting Tax Code for new EE and Dependents, filing supporting documents
- Request to issue the employee card and notice to ES for payroll
- Prepare documents for the payment of Service Contract, Vendor
- Filing Employees’ profile
- Provide support for employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any arising issues
Employee Relation:
- Facilitate setup of Employee Engagement activities
- Coordinate with vendors for event preparation.
- Distribute the gift event (Birthday, Tet Holiday, …) to employee
Other:
- Supporting other C&B admin work: monthly handphone payment, create PR/ - - PO on SAP/EasyBuy system
