POSITION SUMMARY
To perform tax invoice (VAT invoice) issuing for collection, maintain and ensure collection is up-to-date.
Responsibility of handling and accounting for cash. Maintaining accurate records and safeguarding the business cash.
Handle non-trade and trade payment, prepare VAT filling, tax submission.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle day-to-day cash collection and ensure all the cash receipts are kept and banked according to the financial policies.
• Update cash book on a timely basis; update daily bank balance in order to ensure accounting records reflect the current status.
• Issue local VAT invoice timely.
• Reconcile local VAT invoice against CODA data to make sure VAT invoice was issued correctly for both HCM & HAN.
• Issue local VAT invoice cover T-bill.
• Prepare VAT filling.
• Submission tax filling: VAT, PIT, FCT…for both HCM & HAN.
• Respond to all internal queries regarding payment and vendor information; clarify finance policies for which they are responsible or refer to senior staff on queries regarding finance policy compliance in order to ensure that all FedEx departments are well informed about financial policies and are in compliance.
