The IS Manager will be responsible for leading and supporting the IS team in maintaining, enhancing, and developing new functionalities for the ERP system. This role also involves overseeing the implementation of new business applications, such as WMS, production support tools, CRM, and e-commerce platforms. Additionally, the IS Manager will manage the IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, and networks in collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.
This position requires strong ERP expertise, with experience in Epicor being a significant advantage. The IS Manager will work closely with various business units to ensure that information systems effectively support the company’s operations and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Information Systems Management
• Lead the IS team to maintain, optimize, and develop new features for the ERP system (Epicor).
• Ensure the ERP system effectively supports business processes across departments.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify needs and implement new digital tools (e.g., WMS, production applications, CRM, e-commerce website, Power BI …).
• Support end users by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance, and ensuring continuous system improvements.
• Oversee database management, ensure data integrity within the ERP system, and support Master Data Management (MDM) in coordination with the Group to maintain consistency and accuracy across all business applications.
