Responsible to provide legal advice and solution as well as execution of legal-related documents from the search, evaluation, submission for approval, transaction to finalization of new project under Land Acquisition Division.

1. Research and Legal Advice
Research and Legal Advice
- Providing legal advice to the board of directors and other departments in the organization on issues related to laws, legal corridors, processes and regulations related to land acquisition activities.
 Explain legal documents and implementation guidelines to relevant departments.
- Monitor, update new legal information, changes in the law and disseminate it to all departments in the organization.
- Participate in the process of negotiating and drafting contracts
- Research and analyze emerging legal issues.
- Participate in legal training courses and seminars.
2. Legal appraisal of land/project/equity acquisition
- Make implementation plan and ensure quality and progress of legal appraisal for land/project purchase.
