Se Joong Trading Company is a backpack-fabric supplier. We own fabric-producing factories in China and one representative office in Ho Chi Minh City.
• Proceed orders from customers
• Communicate with mother company Se Joong Trading in China for order processes and update with customers
• Support customers with new fabric developments and projects, including making lab/dip, sample, strike-off, etc.
• Follow up all matters in order’s processes and report to manager
• Maintain customer database
• Check shipment delivery, fabric quality and payment from customers
• Have meeting with buyers and vendors for current and potential business
• Handle complaints from customers and offer appropriate solution to them
• Be on business trip to China occasionally
• Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager
