• Support Chairman, or/and Board of Directors in the field that you are specialized in management of business model, or/and consultancy of finance;
• Provide financial analysis and data interpretation to support the Chairman or/and Board of Directors’ business decisions;
• Assist in Chairman’s corporate, business and investment related activities, tasks and projects which include record keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, monitoring projects, research and analysis;
• Monitor compliance with procedures;
• Arrange and coordinate internal and external business meetings and social events of attendance of Chairman;
• Translate documents/dispatches when dealing with foreign partners and make minutes of all meetings if attending;
• Liaise with departments/sections as well as supporting them in solving related arising problems and matters;
• Be prepared for field work, overtime and flexible working hours may be required;
• Other tasks assigned by Chairman.
