CNGRA (Company) is an investor and developer in the commercial and industrial rooftop solar business in the Southeast Asia, primarily Vietnam and Indonesia. We are currently seeking an supportive and competent Project Assistant to assist the Project Management team in developing the solar projects.
The Project Assistant will mainly focus in managing the projects documents through the project life cycle and supporting other team members to do claim after business trip.
The Project Assistant will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.
Key tasks and duties:
Work with the Project Management team to deliver the project effectively.
1. Manage and organize all project documents (both hardcopy and soft copy), including client’s document, in a consistent, organized, updated and proper way.
2. Initiate and submit Payment request for the General Contractors, Owner’s Engineer and other related suppliers
3. Collect/gather, photocopy, scan and save the project documents when required.
4. Support the Project Manager to check projects documents and remind the Contractors to submit/upload documents if required.
5. Be the contact point to receive/provide project documents from/to project stakeholders, including but not limited to internal O&M team, General Contractors, Client, Owner’s Engineer, Authority …
6. Act as the interface between various stakeholders when required by the Project Manager.
