Purpose of Position:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Manager - Project Management to join our team. In this role, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing key projects related to product standards, vendor management, and business processes to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, tracking pre-production timelines, reporting, and assisting with process development. You will also help resolve issues, perform general administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Ensure all reports are completed in a timely manner.
• Schedule, prepare agendas, and taking minutes for project meetings.
• Track projects using project management best practices.
• Coordinate across company departments, factories, and third parties to achieve project goals.
• Translate training and instructional materials into Vietnamese.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all departments in Asia and US.
• Ensure that the teams involved in projects are following the timelines and getting projects completed on time.
