Investment Analysis & Execution
Develop detailed financial models and perform investment analyses to assess the viability and profitability of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar and other renewable energy projects.
Contribute to the preparation of investment proposals, financial reports, and risk assessments to support strategic decision-making.
Research and analyze industry data, market trends, and regulatory changes to inform investment strategies.
Support due diligence processes by reviewing financial, technical, and legal documentation related to potential project investments.
Monitor the financial performance of projects post-Commercial Operation Date (COD), including tracking cash flows, revenue, and overall returns.
Funding & Treasury Support
Assist in identifying and securing financing sources such as:
Traditional debt financing (e.g., project finance, bank loans, working capital facilities).
Innovative funding options like green bonds and sustainability-linked loans.
Prepare materials and presentations for meetings with lenders and investors, ensuring alignment with funding requirements.
