Presales Activities: Engage in presales activities, including client presentations, proposal development, and the identification of new business opportunities.
Project Oversight and Responsibility: Assume full responsibility for the management and successful execution of the entire project, encompassing work models, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
Client Alignment: Ensure that the implementation of the project adheres to the client’s strategic plans and objectives.
Operational Management: Oversee and manage all operational activities within the project to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software, or technology-driven environments.
Experience working with Agile/Scrum models.
Candidates with prior experience working with US clients will be given priority consideration.
Knowledge Requirements:
Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, including requirement gathering, user stories, process mapping, and gap analysis.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and technical solutions.
