• Working with authority, with support from consultants (if any) to obtain necessary permits/licenses for the Industrial Zone projects timely, mainly focus on Investment Registration Certificate (IRC);
• Review project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules;
• Organizing meetings with authorities, contractor/consultant
• Supervising the progress and quality of work being performed
• Reviewing reports from Contractor/consultant
• Reviewing Contracts, preparing Letters, Minute of meeting etc
• Review Contractor's/consultant's proposals and quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable methods and pricing are recommended for approval
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team and related parties
• Supporting Customer service in terms of Engineering
• Studying regulations/ Laws related to Industrial Zone Development
