About the role:
In this role, you will be working as a member of the centralized
DevOps – Security – QC – Support team that support all 3 flagship products.
Responsibilities:
• Create, update, and maintain detailed technical documentation for all products and internal tools.
• Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and assist in troubleshooting issues.
• Manage a centralized knowledge base and ensure documentation is accessible and up-to-date.
