We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Procurement & General Administration Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and managing general administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.
Job descriptions:
1. Procurement Management:
• Develop and implement procurement policies to optimize costs while ensuring the timely and quality operations and services.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
• Source, negotiate, and establish contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
2. Vendor Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with agreements.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in the procurement function.
3. General Administration & Business Process Management:
• Oversee general administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Manage relationships with service providers, such as building officers and cleaning or security services.
